As we are moving to sask we are curious as to what the situation is. If one was caught smoking a joint would one be arrested? and what about possesion of small quantities. I use pot for occasional depression. any info would be most welcome

Short answer ... maybe.

Emery was charged with trafficing for passing a joint a few years back I don't think the situation has changed. However, Regina has had a vapour lounge for several months and I have not heard that tey have even been hassled. So ... Saskatchewan ain't BC ... but we are trying.

Well it looks like you guys are trying pretty hard. thanks for the info. I only noticed we are spoiled here a while back. things I used to be parnoid about now are fairly common place. I was talking with a friend the other day and we came up with a plan. if we were ever busted in sask we would simply waive the charges to bc again..hahaha
hey might work
